"This site was perfect for a family traveling for a Lax weekend. We arrived late on Friday easy check in and walk across the parking lot to a restaurant. 15 min to the field and arrive back to the house to relax an hang. "This is a beautiful beach house, right on the water. Lots of amenities and upgrades. We loved the screened porch and upstairs deck. We were fine with the spiral stairs but they may be potentially challenging for some guests. The area is a little isolated and the beach was quiet in mid-October, which was perfect for us! I highly recommend this property."

"The Captain's Cottage was the perfect place for our visit to Delaware. We were a quick drive to events at the Woodlands at Dover Speedway, and less than an hour away from Rehoboth Beach, which is highly recommended. Bowers beach in town was also great, clean, and never busy. The property was very clean, fully equipped, and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. "A nice place to stay with everything we needed to cook an early Thanksgiving dinner for our family living from Felton. Grand kids loved the game room and the neighbors are friendly and quiet.The beach is really nice to walk off season and the full moon rising over the bay was beautiful Joseph made sure we had everything we needed and checked to make sure we were happy with the stay."

"The apartment is charming, very clean and tastefully decorated. Pus the en suite private bathroom, which must be new, is beautiful. The owner also included thoughtful touches, such as coffee and tea. Check-in was straightforward and the owner is super responsive. We'll be back. We had a wonderful stay. "
