"Here to visit family, and they told me my parents had stayed at this property when they visited over 40 years ago! It's a vintage motor court, but nicely maintained. The room is up to date and comfortable. The bathroom still has a 70s tub and sink, but clean and functional. One quirk: the sink was mounted very low, about thigh level on me. Had to bend low to wash my face! Overall a satisfactory stay."

We felt free to come and go, and enjoyed enthusiastic recommendations from Mike, including an exciting "scrabble" up Thundering Brook trail and a glorious swim spot at Kent Pond. "We loved staying at Hotel Coolidge-family of 4, 2 young children. We went in with the knowledge this is an old hotel, with original features and did not expect fancy, updated hotel. The staff was so nice and accommodating, surround area nice with several great places to eat. Our only complaint, and not so much a complaint but a thing we would prefer is just some room darkening curtains. It was very bright all night and disturbed sleep. Would stay here again and just bring some sleep masks! "

"This is a really nice hotel. The beds were massive and comfortable. Each floor has a welcome area where they have things dor guests like apples, cookies, and cold bottles of water. They even had dog biscuits.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
It's about a 3 minute walk to Dartmouth, so very conveniently located.
They didn't have a hotel breakfast, but recommended a great place a couple doors down."

"We had a good time but our toilet got blocked twice and we had to call maintenance. Also, there was no cleaning service during our stay. I’m not sure if I had to request it but either way, this wasn’t explained to me when I checked in. "
