"The room was neat but not very clean as we found other guests clothing left in the bathroom and at the end of the kids bed was a lots of dust and cobwebs. One of our lamps bottom shad was barely hanging on. "

"The hotel halls and room look and smell 50 years old. For the prices, we expected better quality. Check-in was great. We were able to get our room 2 hours early, which was nice since we'd been at the property for 7 hours already for a convention. "

"We had a fairly good experience. Tile by the pool is very slick. Our sofa bed had dirty sheets inside (crumbs and some sort of spill.) Front desk addressed the issue quickly. The restaurant food was delicious. Complementary drinks were nice!"

"It did not seem like there were many food options nearby so I stuck with the restaurant there which opened at 5 pm. The server was very helpful to let me order slightly off menu. I was confused by the pickup shuttle, waited for quite a while before finally calling the hotel (wished the website was more informative about the pickup process) and learned a vehicle was nearby. All of the courtesy phones were out of order which was unfortunate as I only have a non US cell phone and had to pay...

"This is a nice hotel. My only complaint was the man who checked me in wasn’t very personable and gave limited information. His greeting to me was asking for my ID. No hello or welcome, didn’t ask for my name and made assumptions about my stay. Yosef, the other person checking in was friendly and polite. He provided his guest with the information I wished I’d received. I didn’t even know where the elevator was. "
