"Beautiful, clear water with sandy bottom and gradual slope from shore. Nice view of lake from wall of windows in living area. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Could have used a Pyrex measuring cup to heat water in microwave and some clean hot pads. Grill was not usable as grid was rusting. Paddle boat was broken so couldn't use it, but had canoe and kayaks. Was nice to have a gas fireplace for chilly evenings and an outdoor firepit. Tub/shower had good water pressure. Bed was comfortable."

"Super fun cozy little cabin with a great view of lake nokomis. My family enjoyed it and the location was perfect for us. Had a little trouble finding it, we didn't see any kind of signage for the resort but if you need a landmark, its right across the street from LoopHole bar and grill."

"We have stayed here 3 times now and will continue to book when in the area. Beautiful views of the lake from the house. Amenities are wonderful. Highly recommend."

"The overall experience was good. The view from the deck is outstanding. The only issue we had was when using the oven it smoked up the cottage. The amenities were great. On our first night it was cold and the furnace warmed it right up. We would return to the Loon Lodge."

"My wife, our 2 year old and two dogs spent a wonderful week at this cabin. The cabin provided us a perfect location where we had lots of privacy and a beautiful setting to hang out and enjoy being a family. We fished, took long walks in the national forest, and had campfires. It was perfect. We definitely would love to come back in the future. had c"

"We had a quick stay and mainly used the property to sleep and shower. It was in a lovely secluded place, very quiet!! Wish we would have had more time to enjoy it. Only thing I would suggest is that they clean the cobwebs out of the bathroom and the windows. Everything else was very clean!"

"This three night stay was just what we needed. The cabin was well laid out with an open concept. Comfortable seating in the livingroom and enclosed porch area. There were lots of windows, from which you could see the lake. A gas grill and outside firepit were an added bonus. We did some fishing from the pier and I enjoyed reading outside on the bench which was situated on the steps leading down to the lake. We asked about checking out a little later on Monday and the staff was able to...

"My wife and I booked this spot to celebrate our our anniversary and go to cranberry festival. Worth it! The host was so accommodating and very thorough on expectations of leaving the cabin as you found it. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet little spot. Absolutely lovely. The bar and grill near by is a neat spot as well. "
