"Very nice suite and clean. However, it was a bit hard to get hold of the staff when we had questions prior arrival. Probably because it was the travel season and there was not enough staff. Otherwise, staff were friendly and helpful once you could talk to. "

There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response was fast and helpful thorough the trip. My request for the discount rate was considered by email, and I will check my visa to make sure it is deducted. Access to the fob or keys were a bit...

"We like the unit. It was big enough for our family. Really liked the location and also the quick response from staff. Just one thing though, the ac is not centralized so the bedrooms were a bit hot. You need to open the bedroom doors for the cool air to circulate. We managed and had a good time. We’ll be back."

"When we arrived we stayed on one suite that was so dirty, used. It wasn’t pleasant. But I am grateful that it’s easy to connect to your CSR. He moved us to Suite 303 where everything is clean, nice and very organized. Only one thing they forgot to clean, just the microwave but all in all we enjoyed our stay in Suite 303. Thank you for accomodating us! "

"Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice."

"The ladies in our family got together at this location and really appreciated the great location (proximity to shops, restaurants and the lake), and wonderful views from both the suite and the roof top patio. "Overall a very nice place to stay for a vacation to the hot springs. Communication with the hosts was amazing. The room wasn't fully clean at the time of our check in but it only took about 15 more minutes for us to wait so it was not a problem. The space was clean and my group had a very nice stay. "

"We stayed in the Cedar cottage and it was equipped with everything you need. We walked around the village and enjoyed the natural hot springs. We loved going in the hot tub on site and saw the fire pit. Unfortunately it rained hard for 2 days and that put a damper on our activities. The wifi and internet was not up to speed and we often turned off the wifi. The TV would not connect to the internet so there was not much to do when it rained. We noticed the cabin was damp inside and any food left...
