"Close to transport, Westfield and Hospital. If you are not looking for a view just concrete buildings and brick walls, far from nature. Clean room with various useful amenities. Friendly staff, however understand not everyone is tech savvy and assistance offered to help with check in would be a great benefit to make the stay easy and less time consuming from the start. "Thank you for letting us stay the other day. I was happy to see giraffes from the balcony. As soon as I opened the front door, there were deer and alpacas, which were cute. Everything from dinner to dessert was delicious. The staff were also kind, which we are grateful for as we are not good at English. Touching the rhinos on the morning tour was a good memory."
