"One of the best places I’ve stayed! My father was raised in Barre and we often have to stay in Gardner when we visit. It was amazing to not have to drive 20+ minutes to get to my cousins farm. The house feels like home. The beds were all comfortable. It was nice to be able to spread out and have enough space for everyone to relax. Couldn’t have asked for a better situation or host! I will definitely be booking again."

"Very spacious and cozy, plenty of space to feel at home. We needed a place close to maple hill disc golf course and this was the closest we could get, was perfectly located to travel to Boston and providence for day trips and the town of Worcester was cool too. This rental was only 2-10 minute drive to everything we wanted to do in the city. Overall a nice getaway for us!"

Only issue was the listing says there’s 3 bedrooms (accurate) and 2 rooms with futons in them, but there was a couch in the den and a small couch in the living room, not really beds. Listing could use some more updated, accurate photos to show how it’s clearly a lived in house and not a full time rental."

"The check in and out times were very strange. Also I’d suggest bringing your own wood you can buy theirs but they don’t dry it out and it doesn’t burn completely or correctly so the campfire was very very very small and mostly smoke. It is cute and the cabin was a lot smaller then expected but still had a good time didn’t get to enjoy it all because again it’s like there wasn’t enough time. "

"We never left the property as it had all the comforts of home for a peaceful lake weekend getaway. Days filled with pristine lake swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding and pedal boats, early morning and night fishing… gorgeous sunsets, Nights spent by the firepit . House was spotless and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. All outdoor furniture and equipment ( grill, boats, ) were beautifully kept ! none of us wanted to leave when it was time to check out. "Great location and value. Furnishings are basic but the bed is comfortable and the location is great. Communication is excellent and host fixed an internet issue immediately. "Spent 2 nights as a teacher with 7 students, and another chaperone to attend the Big E with FFA kids. Plenty of room, as kids don’t mind sharing, or sleeping on a pull out couch. Everything was very clean, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. They even left some goodies for the kids! Would recommend!"

"This house is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 13 people and only 2 of the 3 showers worked which they never disclosed to us. The house was a total pigsty. Dirty dishes in the sink. Old food in the fridge. Frozen food in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting with frozen spills that looked like they were there for years. Holes in the walls & doors, burn marks on the counters, dirty table cloth. Bathrooms were filthy. No shades on 90 % of the windows & no curtains at...
