"We have stayed at DoubleTree many times. Reception staff are always welcoming. Evgenia is always friendly and helpful. She has checked us in on our last three visits. As a side note, we have witnessed a guest being quite rude to her and she communicated with them in such a professional manner. "Stunning place , soaked in history was just perfect for what we needed , lovely restaurant and brassiere fully deserves the four Stars they have , the grounds are beautifully manicured just a great place to go and relax. "This is a lovely hotel. Each room has a microwave, plates, bowls and cutlery, fridge and iron and ironing board plus the usual kettle. The beds are kingsize and really comfortable. The bathroom is clean and the shower was powerful. The walls looked freshly painted. The man on the desk was friendly. We would definitely stay here again. "
