"Tony was a fantastic host; attentive, welcoming and informative. The rooms were spacious, clean and warm. Bed extremely comfortable, bathroom spacious with his and hers vanity to get ready. 5 min walk to the hot pools, restaurant and coffee shops. The grounds are well kept with a seating area overlooking the gold fish pond. My wife and I were looking for a short getaway and would highly recommend OakView Hanmer Springs. We will be back for sure!"

"The listing for this property if anything undersells how good this place is. Modern, well provisioned, really warm (even in a cold Canterbury winter), quiet, and private. The kids loved the pool table in the games room. If we're ever staying in Hanmer Springs again I'd definitely try to book here again."
