"We had an absolute BLAST at this house!!!! Honestly, the pictures did not do it justice. The beautiful views around, waking up to morning fog, the amount of sprawling space across all 4 properties. I can’t say enough great things. It was so clean and had everything we needed. We WILL be back!"

I highly recommend tubing in town at OARS. The river was pristine and it was a highlight for us. Thank you for hosting our group."

"We had a wonderful time, Hanna was great and her property was beautiful. It has everything you need for outdoor fun & fun if you enjoy the water. We caught so many fish, enjoyed swimming & the boats that was available to use. Just a little tip, take swimming shoes because the bottom of the lake in some parts have small rocks. "This is a nice, historic farmhouse on a stream right outside of Hancock, NY. Centrally located for drift boat trips on the West Branch and Mainstem. Although it is on a two lane road, the backyard is very private and the large windows give a great view of the stream."

"The house was perfect, it had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The view was gorgeous and relaxing. The fishing was great. Dawn is a wonderful host and Jordan was extremely helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back. "

"Beautiful home and property. Windows, skylights and wraparound deck were favorite features. Host Chris is friendly and thorough. "

"I’ve stayed at many places. Let me tell you this is at the top of the list. The house is beautiful, clean (top to bottom) and the location and views are breathtaking. The house has everything you need on site and in kitchen etc. We absolutely loved the place and my teenage boys are already asking when we’re going back Again overall an amazing place and we”ll definitely be booking again !!!"

"We stayed here and it was a true paradise, very quiet and very very pretty. The cottage is on a really nice bend in the river, you can sit on the front porch and just watch it go by. "Pros: cozy, quiet and secluded property, near Main Street with good options for food and shopping, comfortable bed, Morgan was super responsive. Cons: As a number of other reviewers started (and found to be surprising) the A frame unit is just one of 2 rentals which are connected and share many thin walls — we were shocked to find out we were not alone. We were only told about them once we heard their footsteps and inquired with Morgan. Kitchen needs some love and care, no frills but can...

"We checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday everything was clean and ready for us we swam in the pond, did a bunch of fishing (bass were biting before dark every night) we hiked to the little water fall on the property, and celebrated my daughters 13th birthday with family, had a big sea food boil enough to feed an army and made enough memories to last a life time! We were here in February and had to come back in the summer time there’s no other words to say other then we love it! I’m sure...
