"Mother’s Day weekend for a family of 4. From start to finish, the stay was amazing. The check-in was so simple. The room was exactly how the photos showed. It was clean and roomy. The beach is a very short walk away. Even though the pool was not officially open yet, it looked wonderful. We have already decided that we will be coming back in the summer."

"Trvis and Alice are great host and the property was a great place to stay close to the beach and downtown Sag Harbor."

"We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The home was comfortable, the pool was lovely and the access to the private beach nearby was a big draw. The downstairs of the house is quite chilly, and the deck would benefit from upgraded seating but overall a very nice home."

"Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided. The beach is close by...

A beautiful rental…however as a group of young women there are no blinds, curtains or window tint( the house next to us/ connected could easily see in the kitchen and living room), none of the windows in ground level were locked and were very hard to lock, and the master bedroom door doesn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t even lock it god forbid someone did come in. Just a. few safety precautions to look into to make the stay feel more comfortable! Thank you "
