Important: Parking is located 1/2 block away and is very tight, especially for larger vehicles. Please take this into consideration as you plan your trip. This unit is located on the third level and is accessible by a set of narrow stairs (there is no elevator). The bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase.
Washer/dryer is not inside the unit - there is a common coin-operated laundry room located on premises.
No beach chairs, beach towels, or beach umbrellas are provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties, or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. Thanks for understanding!

Guests have private access to the entire unit, which is part of a large multi-family property. Guests may access the unit via keyless entry using our smartlock technology. We will provide a unique code and instructions on use prior to your arrival

Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.
