Pros & cons: would stay here again
Cons: Finding the correct parking spot was a little difficult. It would have been helpful to know that the the higher numbers for parking was in the back behind the bldg on Nudd st/ave. Some conflicting info b/t online and contract re quiet hours, and hidden info like hanging towels in the outside railing. Prep cleaning didn't seem accomplished. Crumbs under toaster oven, tons of raining dust from fan, back of toilet nor windows cleaned. Lastly, the pool heater was out of order during our first day. We were informed it was fixed by our second/last full day but it didn't seem very warm, and the "hot tub" was the same temp as the pool.
Pros: overall it was very nice, perfect size for my family, and the location was better. Short walk to casino ballroom for our show viewing sand sculptures along the way. lots of amemities we didn't actually need to bring from home, like kitchen gadgets & cooking spray, beach chairs and boogie boards, and extra towels. The resident neighbors were incredibly kind and welcoming. Loved having the pool option for my son but he did mention it needed to be cleaned as well.
Overall: cons were minor and we understand that things happen like the pool heat being out of order or the cleaners not being up to par but overall extremely pleased with our stay and would absolutely stay here again in hopes that the hot tub works ;)
