"Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others."

"We had a wonderful time! Property is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. We can’t wait to come back. The host is wonderful and very responsive. Just an all around amazing time for our family. Looking forward to next year! "

"I came here with my 19 yo son and our pup, and it was exactly the quiet getaway we were looking for. A two minute walk to the beach and a short ride to Buffalo - there was enough to do while still being peaceful. The next door neighbors were also very friendly."

"We enjoyed our stay . The beds were comfortable. A plus is that there is coffee and a smores starter pack with firewood for the fire pit.Plenty of parking in the back yard. House was clean plenty of dishes and cups , could use some more pots and pans but we made do very well from what was there. Three bathrooms and plenty of beds. Communication was very good. The Dunkirk Pier is down the street. Not far to stores. We will return 😃"

"The house was clean, but had not been updated in years and it was dangerous. The stairwell to the upstairs bedrooms was a spiral staircase, the railing only ran to the first turn and the stairs were extremely narrow. I couldn't safely make it up the stairs (I'm 72 and have arthritis in my knees), so I had to sleep in the living room. "We stayed in this cute house for a girls overnight after attending a concert at the Chautauqua Institute. The house was clean and so comfortable in a pretty country setting. Sadie was great at answering our questions and we had such a nice time. Thank you for hosting us!"
