"I have hot flashes so it was important to have central air. It was not clear from the listing that there was no central air just a tiny unit in one bedroom that did little to cool the apartment. The agent was rude and very unhelpful- My son and I left the property after just 2 days- We had paid for a full 5 day stay, but she refused to reimburse any part of the money paid. Very poor customer service skills."

"The place is amazing, right on the beach with stunning views Well furnished and has AC in each room and the lounge. Kitchen has most amenities you will need. There's a parking garage in the shade for your car and in case you didn't want to swim in the beach, there's a pool on the fifth floor. Cleaning is done daily for an hour except sundays and beach towels were provided. Definitely will come back when I'm visiting Durban"

"The hotel is good and the breakfast as well. However, even though is close to the sea, I was advised not to walk around as it is not safe, and is a hit dodgy the area. It is also not so close to the city center. The hotel is connected to a Casino area, which also by default also might bring a weird vibe when you walk a bit outside. But besides that, the hotel, the facilities and the people are great."
