Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbours, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 5. This is to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.

Pets Policy: Small pets allowed to a maximum of 2. Max weight 30lbs.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 4pm, and check-out time is at 10am. If you need to request an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance.

Respect for Neighbours: Please be mindful of our neighbours' privacy and keep noise levels low when entering and leaving the property.

Security and Safety: Lock all doors and windows when you're not in the property. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals.

Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property or its contents during their stay. Please report any incidents to us immediately.

Cleaning and Trash Disposal: We strive to keep our home clean and comfortable for all guests. Please tidy up after yourself and dispose of trash properly in the designated bins.

Amenities Usage: If we provide amenities such exercise equipment located in the Gym on the 1st floor, please follow the usage guidelines for your safety and the proper maintenance of these amenities.

Emergency Procedures: In case of emergencies, accidents, or issues requiring immediate attention, contact us. For medical emergencies, dial local emergency services using 911.

Internet and Digital Devices: We provide internet access for your convenience. Please use it responsibly and refrain from engaging in illegal activities online.

Local Laws and Regulations: Please abide by all local laws, regulations during your stay.

Nice Condo
Spacious top floor condo with nice views. Tons of light, clean and all the amenities. A little far to walk to downtown but we fortunately had a rental car.

The Treetop unit was wonderful. Convenient location, immaculate, well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer were very convenient, beautiful patio to eat breakfast or have an evening glass of wine. Check in was seamless. Would definitely stay here again !!

Beautiful and well equipped with everything you need for a stay. Loved having a private outdoor patio. Quaint area with restaurants in walking distance. Property Manager responded quickly to all enquires. Would definitely stay here again

Great Stay in Halifax
My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and bright and very well equipped. The host thought of pretty much everything! Very comfortable beds and tons of towels, even cozy robes! It was a good home base to explore the city of Halifax and surrounding area.

Great condo!
We enjoyed our visit to Halifax and would stay at this condo again! It was clean and had lots of amenities (coffee, laundry supplies, cookware etc.). Jeffrey was easy to contact and responded immediately. Nice restaurants and shops nearby.

Amazing!
Beautiful apartment in a great part of Halifax. It was waking distance for us to go to Citadel Hill, downtown, Pier 21 and the Maritime Museum, and there were lots of interesting sights right in the neighborhood. Would definitely book again next time we come to Halifax. Host was great. Very responsive.

The place is amazing and user friendly! The location is superb, with a tap room on the ground floor and an upscale restaurant just up the street! Parking is a breeze!
