"We liked our experience at this cabin and it allowed us to do great activities in the White mountains (my spouse, myself and our dog). The cabin is super cozy and confortable with the heating and AC units. However, we noted 3 downsides that can't give the 5 star review : - General cleanliness was okay, but not great. A good portion of the dishes and cookware were pretty dirty and we had to do a lot of dishes upon arrival. - We wanted to use the kayaks on the lake, but we were just not able to...

"Let’s just start with- overall the house served its purpose. We had a roof over our heads for the 4 days we were in town. There were some oddities about this place that I will list below. Negatives This is not an air conditioned house. It has 1 window unit in the kitchen. The house was 89 deg upon our arrival and took two days to even get to 79 deg. You must run the dehumidifier constantly and empty the bucket multiple times a day. There are fans in every room but not outlets in every room...

"We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good. The hill walking down to pond was steep. For young kids could be tricky. Wish the outside furniture was a little cleaner to sit on. We also couldn’t find any cleaning products to wipe down anything."

"This house was a great stay for a long weekend. We had 5 people and had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked so making meals at home was great. The firepit was awesome and having a propane grill was nice for a cookout. The only downfall was a slow draining bathtub/shower and no towels being offered. I would totally stay again! "

"We had a wonderful time at the lake house in Conway for Memorial Day Weekend. The view from the back deck was amazing and the property matched the view with so much waterfront on the lake. The house was very clean and had everything you need. Plus, it’s a perfect location accessible to everything the area offers. Overall, we had a great stay and will absolutely come again."

"Outstanding views. Convenient location. Nicely appointed. Spacious enough for 8 adults and 6 children with opportunities for privacy. Excellent game room. Towels more than plentiful. However, odd that there was not enough glassware to go around. Would rate experience A plus but for one serious shortcoming. The fence in front of property is not secure and potentially hazardous for families with young children."
