"Overall we thought the place was good! I’ll just list positives and negatives :Pros : quant place to stay, felt very safe, there are neighbors as listed but we only saw them once, super great to have a fenced in area to let our kids roam and get their energy out and a trampoline, a huge plus having a washer and dryer on site, toilet paper being on hand was also super great. "We loved the location and views. We had a 4 bedroom house on the semi private beach. We enjoyed the chickens and the rooster that woke us up so we didn’t miss the beautiful sunrise. "The house was great for our family! There were enough beds for all 8 of us! Plenty of towels and extra blankets.
