The place had a great location in terms of connectivity to other city neighborhoods via nearby tram and bus stops. The property is not too updated but the rooms serve the purpose well and the price paid seems very reasonable for what you get. The room had all the basic stuff needed. I recently stayed at Dom Oliwski in Oliwa, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.
For a room booked for three people, the tea and coffee facilities were shockingly limited: just three tea bags, no coffee, no sugar, no milk – and not even any cups. When I asked at reception, the receptionist bluntly told me that they simply don’t provide any of those things, with no apology or offer of assistance.

"Det bästa med vistelsen va närheten till Park 45 där bekanta va. Men skicket va fruktansvärt, trasigt dåligt städat, endast en badhanduk, ingen tvål Stod städ i alla fall 1 gång vilket aldrig hände. Hade som tur va våtservetter med mig så städade/ torkade av golv bänkar. Önskar jag aldrig hade sett hur madrassen såg ut under lakanet som kanat av en bit..Synd då sängen ändå va skön ( till en början) Så se till att ha med något att lägga som x-tra.på sängen.
