"This is a lovely lodge where we spent our Xmas family holiday. The main room is great with its wooden beams and high wooden ceiling. We had no complaints about cleanliness. The kitchen is small, but has a useful grill and 3 induction plates on the hob. There are 2 toilets - one in the shower room and one separate one, as well as a separate bath and washing area. "We recommend dealing with the property directly rather than through Expedia, as communication was excellent once we did so. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The heating system and TV were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but everything worked fine once we got the hang of it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Happo One Gondola Adam—and very peaceful."

"The accommodation was amazing. The cottage itself was large and spacious but still warm and cozy. All the windows had amazing views of the snow. It was a few minutes walk from Iwatake gondola and ski rentals. The runs down from iwatake were some of my favourites. The host Yutaka was great and met us at the station and dropped us off. We didnt have a car so this really helped us. We absolutely loved the place. If you are not driving you can get the hakuba valley shuttle buses to most places...

"This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. "Building great, new, clean, very warm, good water pressure. Location great if you only plan on skiing … otherwise.. a bit remote. Lift chair Sakka 3 is about a 6min walk up hill to the chair lift. It’s not ski in/ski out. there’s a bus to gondola, but it doesn’t run very late. I think 5:30pm was the last bus. After that you need a taxi or your car. Taxi was very hard to get.
