They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. This is the perfect property to recharge yourself. The staff truly make this property standout. Well done and thank you."

"This cruise was amazing. The cruise had a maximum of 10 or 12 people - there was 6 of us on the day we went, so we got to know the other couples. They upgraded us to the better rooms so we had better views Food was amazing and plentiful If you wanted a cruise to ha long bay without a whole bunch of people being loud and cramping your style, this is the one!!
