"My best friend and I chose Sandstone for our annual girls trip this past Labor Day weekend. While the dirt road was semi terrifying to get there, once we arrived, we had an amazing time. The space was perfect for wine drinking and self-care we planned to do. The rain changed our plans to use the fire pit, but even with the rain we still say outside for tea. Thank you to Cheryl and Derrick! You were very communicative and made the process very easy and enjoyable!"

"Our family met at this fabulous cabin for a get together and whished that we could have stayed longer!! The accommodations were better than expected. The entire house and property were beautifully maintained and spotlessly cleaned. All of the basics were available when we arrived so all we had to do was wind down and go to bed. "This cabin is exaclty what you need for a weekend to explore natures playground. It was so clean, very quaint and quiet. The river is just a few steps away or you can load up and go for a backroad cruise and find many places to play in the Williams River. The stars were really showing off this weekend and the sky was so bright. The hottub made star gazing much more relaxing! If you just want to kill time and drive backroads, you can hit the Scenic Highway, Cass Railroad, Snowshoe and other fun...

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The cabin is new and gorgeous, comfortable and rustic, clean and has dog treats! We spent a day exploring Snowshoe and a local park area. Try to leave where ever you are coming from in time to get there in daylight. AND, even if your GPS "looks" like it's working, do not follow it. We ended up in a creekbed in the pitch dark (LOL) Once you get there, it's very easy to come and go. We fell in love with the beauty of West Virginia and would love to stay here...

"It was very comfortable, but if the fan could have run without the light on, in the other side of the room, that would have been nice. I didn’t personally like the kitchen being downstairs. The cabin was clean and well prepared for guests. Well thought out floor plan, small but cozy. Quiet. Enjoyable, just the downstairs kitchen was not expected. Thank you for having us. "

"Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. The stream also was nice to listen to as I fell asleep each night! The price was super reasonable as well."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Cabin #1 Bella. The location was excellent for visiting family in Hacker Valley and our Daughter who was camping with her family at Holly River SP. There was plenty of room to relax in the living area, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower and bathroom were clean and accommodating. We would definitely stay again. "
