"It was a great apartment. Space was perfect for 2 adults and a teenager. We loved it was close to Don Quijote about a 2 minute walk. The nearest station was 10 min walk away. Really close to restaurants and eateries. Loved that we were able to go grocery shopping and have a home cooked meal. Will definitely stay here again."

"The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at."

"Location was very convenient, but be prepared to climb a slight incline for about 2 blocks from the main road. 7-11 also very close by. Starbucks on the way to the train station. Only downside was the musty smell from the overworked air conditioning units. Otherwise the rooms and bathroom was very clean and modern."

"The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour...

"I liked the socks on the chairs, but though climbing the ladder to go to bed wasn’t the best, sleeping in the loft with the window open was wonderful. It is a nice property. (It would be nice to put some padding on the back of the lockbox on the door to prevent banging.)"

"We loved how spacious this property was for us. (Family of 4 who are pretty all on the taller side). The place felt like home right away. The elevator was quick and efficient, we felt safe and private. The place had a beautiful source of sunlight and illuminated our place with nice vibes. At night we heard the fire station a few times but it wasn’t that bad. And only other con is that the address provided is difficult to find for taxi drivers. There is no sign that says hotel re:once...
