"Travelling from York, so was a stop over before hitting Wales. Hey, it was a nice place to stay. The room was incredible (although for me, I'd change the carpet on the staircase to room 9. Visually, very tricky!!) Check in was quick and easy. The only thing I'd point out, and it is nit picking, I think the staff need to be more 'that's no problem, we'll sort that out' as opposed to 'we'll see what we can do,' ... Yeah, I've worked in customer service for 40 + years blah blah... and we all...

"O hotel é muito bom, o quarto é confortável e muito limpo. O atendimento é excelente, em especial a equipe do café da manhã, muito simpáticas e prestativas. A localização é um pouco isolada, mas a poucos minutos de carro têm supermercados. A piscina tem bom tamanho, se tratando de um hotel, porém quando fomos estava bem lotada. Recomendo o hotel e pretendo retornar."

"An enjoyable stay, use of the spa being free as a guest, 2 hour booking having the spa to ourselves was extra special, weather this be the same if hotel was busy, spa pool was quite small would have been quite full. Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the Coctails, a little pricy, reduce to £9 as £13 bit steep, we would have had more.! We ate in the restaurant great choices nicly presented. £9 for a dessert again a little pricy. "
