Please note that the pool is cleaned on the same day of the guests arrival and then once a week. Minimum age to rent the property is 28 years old, no exceptions. No parties, events or visitors allowed. This house is available for long term rentals.

Important House rules:
Guests are responsible for any clogged toilets during their stay. It’s prohibited to flush in the toilet baby wipes, food, excessive toilet paper or anything else that may clogged the pipes. Guests will pay for pipes unclogging.
