Tucked away on 12 acres, staying at the Cozy Casita is a delightful experience minutes from Lake Guntersville. A luxurious queen-size bed with top-of-the-line linens awaits you in the cozy and well thought out bedroom. The second bedroom features bunk beds and a fun and funky atmosphere so the kids can relax and enjoy! The large bathroom has all the amenities of home including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush towels and a bathtub. Want a gourmet meal? We’ve got you covered! The kitchen has all the amenities of home including all full size appliances, Keurig, pots & pans for a truly unique tiny home stay!
Each of our 8 uniquely themed tiny homes come in just under 400 square feet of intentionally and stylishly fun designed spaces to maximize comforts and conveniences of home! We welcome couples, families, and those flying solo for a much-needed bit of rest and relaxation.

House Rules:
1. Knot Working does not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on our property, commercial photography, events or parties.

2. Please DO NOT eat in the loft/bedroom areas. You may incur additional cleaning fees. Twin toddler bunk bed is made for children under 18.

Pet Policy: $50 non refundable pet fee due at time of booking. We love our pets and believe they should travel with us. Sad to say some guests have not respected our homes as their own so we must have a few rules to help keep our cabins clean and make sure your stay is as pleasurable as possible. Please respect our home.

• Maximum of 1 pet under 30 pounds allowed and must be over a year old.
• Well trained pets only. Use of piddle pads is not accepted.
• Pets must be crated if left alone and barking contained. We do not provide these crates so you will need to bring one with you. Please, when considering a crate size, keep in mind these homes are under 400 sqft.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, throw pillows OR in the loft area. Use the provided old sheets and sofa cover if your pet must get on the furniture. Thank you!
• No aggressive breeds allowed per our insurance.
All pets must be leashed while outside.
• To prevent us from having to charge our guests excessive cleaning fees, PLEASE clean up after your pet. This includes fur, dirt, mud, urine, vomit and feces. We provide rags, poop bags and cleaning supplies UNDER the kitchen sink, a broom and a vacuum.

4. $100 Security (Incidentals) Hold (exactly like a hotel) Required on all reservations and will be held (preauthorized) 1 day after check in. May be reauthorized during a long stay.

5. Reservation payment will be charged to the guests credit card at time of booking by the host credit card processing company under "Knot Working Cabins". All cancellations incur `0% processing fee and cancellations within 14 days of check in will receive 50% refund of nightly rate minus a 6% processing fee.

6. Please do not discard or cook any strong food items in our homes. Please clean your fish at the lake.







We have a camera on the porch looking out over the parking area for safety of our guests and adherence to house rules. Records for max 4 seconds.

Parking is FREE but Limited. Parking for 1 car. Additional parking on gravel pad at the end of the road.

The tiny home is exclusively yours during your stay, so relax, unwind, and enjoy. There are a total of 8 tiny houses on our 12 acre property via a large gravel driveway.

The guest will access the home using a Smartlock with a code sent shortly before check in located in your INBOX check in instructions.

A booking request constitutes acceptance of all House Rules in their entirety and complete acknowledgement of the listing description. Please see house manual in listing for more details and exhaustive house rules.

We totally get it—no one loves rules, including us! But we’ve had to put some guidelines in place based on what we've learned along the way. We really appreciate our amazing guests who love our place as much as we do and want to help keep it great for their return visits and for future guests!

1. All overnight guests must be registered at time of booking. 4 Guests max.

2. Please do not eat or drink in the loft or bedroom areas. You may incur additional cleaning fees. Lofts are best suited for active adults and older children, require the use of steps and a low ceiling entry/exit.

3. Do not unplug the WIFI. The door locks, TV's and cameras require the WIFI to work properly.

4. Check out time is anytime prior to 10am to allow our cleaning company time to properly clean and sanitize the home.

5. No parties are allowed. If we suspect a party we will contact the booking platform to cancel your reservation with no refund.

6. Parking is available and to the left of the cabin only on the gravel pad. Absolutely NO PARKING is allowed in front of the cabin or blocking the driveway/road at anytime. The road in front of the cabins must be accessible at all times for emergency vehicles. All vehicles parked in front of the cabin or blocking the road will be towed at owners expense.

7. All guests are required to follow all postage signage.

8. No smoking of any kind including cannabis is allowed inside any of our cabins. If you must smoke cigarettes, please pick up your butts and discard in the silver canister by the stairs.
