"We were in town for a women's conference and enjoyed the community of being in this beautiful home together. The only problem that we feel the add was a little misleading on sleeping options. There were 11 of us but the listing said 12 could sleep. The 3 that slept in the game room were very uncomfortable and a 4th person could not have slept in that area. Maybe that area is for 4 small children but definitely not for adults."

"The house and property were great. I always worry about location when booking. But my brother lives like 7 minutes away and checked it out for me. House is huge cant really tell from the pics. But it is plenty of room. It was nice to go and actually have simple things like spices. I would definitely recommend it. "

"Honestly mixed feelings. If the house was remodeled, it would be fantastic. Some areas of the house were pretty rough around the edges. Front door had wooden shims to hold the glass in place, the second bathroom had issues with the bathtub faucet. We never got it working properly. Overall cleanliness was good, but found a beer can in a window seal, and the dishwasher was full when we arrived. The one thing that annoyed us the most was Check out was at 10:00, and either the owner or the cleaning...

"We had some friends visiting from out of state to Dallas for the first time. This home was the perfect place to hang out and spend time together between our "tourist-y" outings. Dawn was an amazing host and super communicative, while her home was exactly as shown in the listing (if not better). The views and peaceful scenery was the perfect setting for our "home away from home". We also got to taste the honey made from the property's own bees and its was delicious. Thank you for allowing us...

"We were in town for a wedding and the property was in a great location and very close to old town McKinney with all of its shops and restaurants (the wedding reception was at on of the venues in McKinney)."
