Walk just across West Beach Boulevard to swim, surf, and collect seashells along the spectacular, white-sand beach of Gulf Shores when you escape to this two-story condo. This is a wonderful home base for beautiful days on the coast, with a community pool and grills on the sundeck waiting to welcome you home.

This second-floor condo sits across the road from the 13th Street Public Beach Access, allowing you to easily stroll home for lunch and take regular breaks from the sun in the comfort of central air conditioning. The heart of Gulf Shores is two miles east, where you'll find all sorts of beachy restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors. Waterville USA (three miles), Gulf State Park (four miles), and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo (eight miles) are close by as well.

Begin each morning by sipping coffee outside on the front porch, preparing breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, and sitting down for pancakes at the breakfast bar and the dining room table. Before heading out the door to the beach, grab some fresh, warm towels and swimsuits from the private washer/dryer.

Return home in the afternoons to unwind in the living room by screening a movie or two on cable or DVD. The kids even have a space of their own to watch TV in the sleeping loft, accessible via spiral staircase. Other features of the condo include two traditional bedrooms on the main floor and free WiFi throughout.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
