Available all year. Almost 24 hours a day. Call me or message me if you need anything. I supply a startup pack of things to get you settled in. You will need to go shopping for your essentials, but we have supplied some things for a few days to keep you going.
As you enter the Rookery 3 Community, you are greeted with a little sailboat and colorful cottages throughout the community.
You will be surrounded by Bon Secour National wildlife reserve. Palm trees outside home. A pool is to the right just as you enter and pass the security stand. This cottage will be over the bridge and turn left and it will be located on the right. A community house and second pool is very close, the pool is behind this house which is the more family friendly pool. Bring floats and chairs if all the seating is gone at the pool but it's highly unlikely unless there is a family reunion going on. Parking is available at the second pool or it's just a short walk from the cottage.
At night you just may hear the frogs sing to you or maybe if you're lucky a baby alligator.
Renting golf carts is very common here . Island Cart Rentals or Coastal Cart Rentals are very popular cart rentals.
A lot of people like to bike ride, bring your own, or Fort Morgan Beach Rentals has them and they also offer chairs, tents, kayaks etc.
It is about a 10 min walk to the beach, even though it’s directly across the street, it’s just the way the access points are to get there.
