Parking is to be purchased from the front desk on the 3rd floor upon arrival. There is a 2 parking pass limit. The front desk will also hand out wristbands for your stay.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed in parking lot.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

Family Wedding trip
Our stay on this property and in 1009 was great! The room was as expected with plenty of room for 4 adults, one child age 7 & one child age 1 yr & 10 months. Loved the swimming pool and the close proximity to the beach. The parking pass a little expensive for a 3 day stay. Most places we have stayed in the past, parking was included.

Perfect Beach Location
The property was amazing, everything you could want. Perfect location to walk over 15 restaurants. The Hangout is 3 blocks away with live music. The beach and pool area was great!

Overall okay - beds not accurate
Positives: we love the San Carlos community, location is wonderful, beautiful beach and pool area, excellent parking access, great location in gulf shores, the unit was clean and well appointed, overall beautiful. Negatives: unit beds listing is not accurate - the 3rd room was listed as queen beds, but are double beds. Looking back at the listing - it listed in multiple places both double and queens. It’s not clear. But it IS doubles and we needed queen beds. For a unit that’s supposed to sleep multiple people - it needs more towels left than what’s left. It needs Enough for as many people as advertised for one day. Do not expect ANY early checkin from this property manager. We arrived only 30 minutes early with two toddlers and asked if we were able to check in a little early. We were told the unit had maintenance going on - we waited in the parking lot and never saw anyone leaving the unit - so no idea how they got in or out doing maintenance. We were told we could go to the beach or pool. That’s kind of hard to do not in swimwear with toddlers and a car loaded down for a 8 day stay. I know check in is at 4pm and can understand if we were asking for a lot of time but 30 mins did not seem like a big ask when housekeeping is done and it was obvious no one was in the unit. It would have been nice to have access a little earlier if the unit was ready. We were given the access code a few minutes before 4pm.

Wonderful stay
We had a great stay! The unit was big enough for 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids). We enjoyed the big pool and quick access to the beach. The unit is clean and the balcony is lovely. We also enjoyed the quick elevators! We would stayed here again!

Breathtaking Gulf Views
We just spent 3 nights at this condo over the 4th of July weekend and our experience was nothing short of excellent. The condo was impeccably clean and conveniently located right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy stunning ocean views and easy access to beach and up close views of Gulf Shores Fireworks. The location was ideal, with everything we needed within walking distance. We enjoyed leisurely strolls to tourist shops, the HangOut, and resteraunts. The surrounding area offered plenty of entertainment options, making it perfect for our group of seven adults. The condo's security team was top-notch, providing a sense of safety and peace of mind throughout our stay. Checking in was a breeze, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff at GATEWAY Alabama. They were incredibly responsive and promptly answered all our questions, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for all seven of us. We never felt cramped, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a beachside getaway with excellent service and convenient access to local attractions.

Great vacation spot
My family had a wonderful time and loved the balcony. We even had a surprise visit from the Blue Angels one evening. The property managers were a simple text away and always answered quickly. The only issue was the master bedroom's mattress, although comfortable, was sagging on one side so you had to move in. Could use a new one. The ceiling vents could also use a dusting. It was a beautiful property and I would refer it to friends.

Great stay!
Great property, honestly! My stay was great. We had an issue with the hot water and that issue was resolved immediately. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Secluded unit. The view was beautiful. Very peaceful and friendly environment! The staff was on point with their immediately response. I recommend this unit and i will be back to visit soon.

We just had a wonderful vacation at this unit. Check-in Process: Communication prior was smooth. Check-in was easy. They have a multitude of shopping carts to help you move your stuff. Condo: Fantastic condo that was well equipped. Decorated beautifully. Large double sliding doors that open up to the balcony were great. Only issue was the mattress in main BR. Definitely in need of replacement. Building: Building was clean and safe. Minimal wait times for the 3 elevators. First floor was covered parking, so it doesn't have as fancy a feel as some resorts. Location was great. Restaurants within walking distance. Hang Out is easy to get to and fun for teens. Beach: White powdery sand was of course great. They have a volleyball net set up. There is a little slope to get down to the water. Canopies can be set up but police require you to be back a bit. Beach is odd that a sand bar runs along most of the area. This makes it great if you have small kids since there is 12 in deep water for about 10 ft and then the sand bar so no waves crashing on littles. Sand bar is great for skim boarding. Waves are small so not so great for body boards. Overall great unit in a great location.

For the most part, great stay
For the most part, the stay was great. Only a few things. The furniture really needs to be cleaned, a decorative wall hanging fell off the wall in one of the bedrooms.We are renting 1009 again next year and it would be great to have new bed pillows

We would highly recommend this unit. When we got there we couldn’t find a remote and within 20 minutes we had maintenance there to fix the problem. Easy check in and check out.

Best beach rental
The condo was amazing. Beautiful corner unit with great ocean view. It was spacious, very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beach access was easy and the elevators were large and efficient. No wait times. Easiest check in and check out and very friendly and accommodating customer service. Would definitely stay again.

Nice condo
This is a nice condo on the end of the building which allowed for a great view. When our toaster quit working the property mgr. had it replaced the same day. There a few things maintenance wise that should be addressed but not huge things (light bulbs burned out and one bedroom door that won't close).
