Welcome to Gulf Village 113 in Gulf Shores, Alabama! This fantastic beachfront property offers a great location just 1.3 miles from the famous "Hangout" in the heart of Gulf Shores. Gulf Village is an excellent family destination, conveniently located near numerous restaurants and shops.
The property features direct Gulf front views, a Gulfside pool, and covered parking for your convenience.
Inside this spacious unit, you'll find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite includes a Queen bed and a private ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has one twin bed plus full sized bunk beds and access to the common guest bath. Additionally, there's a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a queen-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests. The large balcony is well-furnished and offers plenty of space for the whole family to relax and enjoy the view.

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the office. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes for up to 2 cars, with no third vehicle pass available.
There is no "assigned" parking at Gulf Village. Any owner or renter may park in any parking space regardless of the building they are staying in, including the cottages. All parking spaces are considered common areas.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed in the complex.
Pets are not permitted.
