The building was totally renovated, roof replaced, and the pool resurfaced in September of 2021. Mattresses replaced in 2021/2022. Baths renovated and paint freshened throughout in 2021. AC Unit replaced in 2020.
This fully equipped condo has all of the conveniences of home. Queen bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in 2nd bedroom, queen-size sofa sleeper. Third floor units have a cathedral ceiling in living room which adds to the spacious feel of our unit.
Other amenities include an elevator to this top (3rd) floor unit, large oceanfront saltwater heated swimming pool, and adjoining sundeck. Three BBQ grills are located right near the covered deck area with picnic tables. The complex has covered parking, with two vehicles allowed per unit. One parking pass included in rental total. Condo is conveniently located close to golf, state park, grocery stores, discount shopping, restaurants, water/amusement parks, and fast food. Lyft drivers more prevalent in the area than Uber. The City of Gulf Shores operates a drop-off recycling facility at 160 W. 36th Avenue. All items must be sorted into the proper bins.
