This property is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor. Licensed in Alabama by Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast of Orange Beach, Alabama. This is a family owned home. No pets. No Parties. This is a "Gated" Community.

"Family Tides" is located at the Kiva Dunes Resort and offers a mile of sugar-white private beachfront, world class golfing, 4 pools and two restaurants. Kiva Dunes Resort is Alabama's highest ranked public golf course located just 15 minutes away from Gulf Shores. The new Kiva Beach Club features a zero entry salt water pool, a open air full bar and grill breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! This home is within walking distance to the beach and just across the road from one of the four community pools and a tennis courts. It is a lovely two story home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an open floor plan, media room, a garage and a screened patio that opens to a large beautifully landscaped backyard with a butane grill and outdoor seating.

The master bedroom, located on the first floor, offers a king bed and adjoins a private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower and adjoins the expansive screened back patio. The two guest rooms are upstairs and share a bath which adjoins each room. The queen guest bedroom offers a large balcony overlooking the neighborhood. The second guest room is furnished with a queen bed and a bunk bed with 2 twins, plus, there is a pull-out twin trundle bed under the bunk beds. This room sleeps up to 5 in beds. The living room sofa converts to a queen bed and sleeps two children/young adults. The media rooms sleeps two on the sectional sofa or you may use the queen size "air-mattress" for two. (Sleeps up to 13 people) Plus owner supplies a Pack-n-Play.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. The beds are made with fresh white linen and a set is supplied for the sofa and air mattress. Bath linen is supplied for the bathrooms. Please bring your beach towels. There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a "starter" set of amenities intended to last for the first night only. So please plan to shop for all supplies you might need.
Kiva Dunes Golf Club is a par 72 daily fee course designed by Jerry Pate. The 18 hole course opened in 1995.

Great vacation home
Arrived at the home and gained access.super nice home. The back porch and yard is fantastic. The house is amazing. Designed very well. The kitchen is perfect. Bedrooms are big and have natural light. Winter Stay
We spent the months of January and February at Family Tides. Its a great home located at Kiva Dunes. We golfed frequently at the golf course which is a mile from the house. Kitchen is very well equiped and the owners are kind enough to make some beach chairs and toys available. Grill is nice to have as well. Beds were all fine and the house was clean on our arrival. Fantastic stay.

Perfect Vacation House
We have stayed in many houses in Kiva Dunes and loved many, but we really enjoyed this house better than most. Lots of room, very comfortable, provides everything you need. We loved the screened in porch especially because it was nice and cool. All the beds slept really well according to everyone. We woud definitely choose this house again.

Perfect vacation for a family of various ages... plenty of space and plenty to do. And the beach and pools were not crowded! It was beautiful, peaceful, and more than we expected.

Mother daughter getaway
My daughter and I had a few days of rest and relaxation at family tides. It is a nice home with everything you need. It’s close to the pool and not too far a walk to the beach. Loved the trip.

Perfect Beach Stay
This house was wonderful. You can tell the owners have put a lot of time and care into making it a great place to stay. The house is beautifully finished. The garage had pretty much anything we would need for the beach and they had several games plus an awesome TV room for rainy days. The neighborhood is quiet and on the smaller side. It felt very safe. There were very few people on the beach. We love the quietness of Ft Morgan so the was just what we wanted. There is a pool a block away and the beach is a 5 minute walk. We would love to stay here again! The closest beach access does have quite a few stairs which isn’t a big inconvenience if you don’t travel heavy to the beach. We brought our 4 and 1 year old so it was kind of an exhausting journey when we went to the beach. It wasn’t a big deal, just a heads up if you have young kids or people with limited mobility. There is a flat beach access with a ramp at the Beach Club that like 3 or 4 blocks further down the road. Still a wonderful experience!

Nice home, needed cleaning
The house is very nice and spacious but the cleaning crew did very little in between the previous stay and ours. First, the positives about the home. Comfortable beds and lots of room for a group to spread out. Nice kitchen with lots of items readily available to use during your stay. Nice backyard to relax in the evenings either outdoors or in the screened in porch. Great water pressure in the showers! The extra living space with sectional and TV allows for groups to relax in different areas and the wet bar has an additional small refrigerator to store extra cold drinks. The one pool and tennis court are very close to the home with just a short walk. For the negatives; sand is inevitable at a beach house and is difficult to get all of it up so the fact that the floors still had sand was not a big deal, but there was visible dust underneath the master bed and the comforter had an unpleasant odor. The garage was quite a mess with things very unorganized and all over the place. The steps going upstairs are very steep and can be slick, so they are not for those with a fall risk or those in poor health. There was a bad odor near the front of the home when you made your way to the porch, almost like a dead animal was decaying. The walk to the first beach access point is a bit long and the boardwalk is in poor shape and need of repairs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but had a few things that could have been better.

Golf Shores Vacation
The House was VERY good! Extremely comfortable and we felt home from the moment we walked in. The neighborhood is quiet, and the kids loved movie nights in the TV room. The house had everything we wanted and needed! My only suggestion is to improve the check-in process, as we were sent two e-mails with two access codes to the door, and there were two locks on the door: a keyless entry pad and a lockbox. Until we figured out that the keyless entry pad did not work and the lock box only accepted one of the codes we had, it took us a bit, but Pam promptly replied to our text message and everything worked out. From then on, it was smooth sailing!

We loved this home!
The house was just as beautiful on the pictures. The house was very clean and had everything you needed for a week stay! The neighborhood was great and everyone was friendly. Only thing I would say is that it need to state that the handicap accessible boardwalk is not open from Dec-Feb. Was a difficult walk for my Uncle who is a disabled Veteran. But we made due. Mattresses were a little hard, but I'm sure with a simple matress cover they would be perfect. Overall we had a great week staying here and would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed this vacation rental. It was clean, comfortable, quiet. There was plenty of room for our family of 8, and just a short walk to the beach. We took advantage of the bikes and the beach supplies in the garage. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would love to come again!
