"Very spacious house and backyard. Clean. Separate buildings with living quarters in both. Very comfortable and useful Outdoor amenities. The house floor plan was open and accommodating for a large group interaction. Had activities for the guests to occupy their time. Close the some of the best restaurants. "

"The property was beautiful, very clean, great location. It is literally steps away from the shore and is so relaxing to be able to enjoy the beautiful views and beaches without hoards of people. There were neighbors and others, but room to relax without being deserted. The amenities were excellent, updated throughout. Our only complaint was not enough dishes, glasses or pots. "The condos view was amazing! excellent! , the inside needs updating and it had a musty smell. dust or spider webs on sconces and light fixtures. The carpet needs to be replaced. We had a sliding glass door issue and it was resolved pretty quickly. The layout is fine and it served our purpose. We did kill 2 large roaches and extermination needs to be often. The BBQ on the porch appears cracked and a new one should be available. Also the wood on the upper deck toward beach is rotted and need...

"A quick walk to the beach! A quick walk to downtown! A quick walk to the pier! Ideal location. Nice pool to dip in and do water aerobics after a day at the beach. Beautiful beach house. Nice amenities. Overall a delightful vacation rental property."
