Retro style pet friendly beachhouse ~ only 100 metres from the Guilderton dog beach, with modern appliances and hotel standard linen. Enjoy being surrounded by Eucalyptus trees on the large secure deck with views and visiting birdlife. Flocks of Galahs will entertain your after a swim or kayak at the beach or river. You may spot Kukaburrras and Owls in season. Willy Wagtails and finches are often bouncing around.

The Treehouse provides complimentary kayaks to really enjoy the Moore River experience. Paddles and life jackets included.

Several outdoor sitting areas around the property including a hammock and sun loungers to enjoy WA climate. Outdoor shower and sprinkler system for warm days.

Centrally located, park your car and walk everywhere. The Guilderton Dog Beach is 100 metres away.

Moore River Estuary or Guiilderton Groyne - great spot for fantastic sunsets.

The Guilderton Country Club with 9 hole Golf Course which welcomes non members also offers tennis courts, soccer golf and lawn bowls. Friendly pub and pub grub.

Moore River Cafe serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner - best coffee and snapper & chips in town. Entertainment on Sunday afternoons.

The Guilderton Lighthouse with amazing views of the Indian Ocean and West Australian sand dunes is a 10 minute walk. Great place to stat gaze.

This centrally located property is ideal for couples looking to get away from it all, two couples sharing or two adults and two children. A sea change and a tree change all in one. This property is surrounded by mature Eucalyptus trees which invite the local birdlife to entertain you.

Consistent diamond

We have stayed at this property several times over the years and each time includes a major upgrad such as large split system aircon/ heater, crim safe screen and renovated laundry and shower recess. We will keep coming back to the cozy wood fire, 900m oven, enormous deck surrounded by beautiful mature trees and walking distance to the cafe, foreshore, country club and short drive to the new brewery, Lancelin, seabird and Two rocks amenities.

Tree house stay

I originally booked the stay as a writing retreat weekend for myself but ended up with my son and granddaughter coming as well. The property was wonderful and very quirky with all home comforts. Nespresso machine a great bonus. We arrived late and it was dark - the wood burner was set ready to just light which was perfect. Balcony is idyllic giving you the feeling of being in the trees. Location wise the beach was at the end of the road 200metres away if that. An ideal weekend break an hour from Perth loved it.

Relaxing stay

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The Treehouse is in a great position, close to the beach and river. Sitting out on the deck was wonderful, watching the galahs having a merry time feasting on the food left out for us to give. Marion is a superb host, very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you.

Fabulous comfy accommodation with Magnificent deck in the trees

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful and very comfortable little tree house. The deck space is just amazing!! We loved the afternoons when the galah's came in to perch upon the railing and eat the supplied bird feed. We had our 14 year old dog with us and he was content to nap most of the day away on the deck or take a quick wander down the road to the local dog beach. We could walk easily to to the foreshore/general store from the treehouse once we figured out the layout of the town.Plenty of kitchen utensils/cookware etc made it easy to cook meals and the beds were super comfortable. Marion was very easy to contact and prompt in her replies. I would say in all honestly that the photos do not do the property justice, it is way better than we expected !We would definitely be happy recommend the Treehouse to friends and family and hope to be back again in the future.

Wonderful stay at theTreehouse

Thank you for having us at the Treehouse this weekend. We had an amazing time and got some much needed relaxation. I really appreciated the birdseed and it was fabulous to have so many native birds visit. We may have broken the ā€œno parties or large gatheringsā€ rule as we were visited by at least 20 galahs. Thanks for the great amenities, the wonderful quirkiness of the property and the offer of both an early check in, and a late check out. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Perfect weekend getaway

Peaceful Break

Very peaceful and lovely having breakfast on the deck with the birds. A bit of a mixup with finding the keys to let ourselves in as they weren't in the allocated spot, but Marion soon sorted this out for us once we could get in touch with her. There's no reception if you have Vodaphone but the ladies and the wifi in the roadhouse were helpful. Everything we needed was provided in the house and it was very comfortable. Would stay again.

Perfection

We had a wonderful experience at The Treehouse. Marion and Phil were very responsive and thoughtful hosts - booking, check-in and check-out was easy peasy and the property was beautiful, welcoming and clean when we arrived with lots of personal touches and charm. An idyllic outlook over the trees with plenty of birdlife to watch and enjoy while spending time on the huge shady deck. Perfect location close to the beach. We loved it and will be back :)
