The property has beautiful outdoor areas where you can sit and watch the most magnificent sunsets after a day at the beach.

Take a towel and have a dip in the Moore River or the Indian Ocean.
Practice kayaking canoeing, splashing and playing in the water, windsurfing, boating, photography, bird watching, climbing, collecting sea shells, building sand castles, treasure hunts, beach volleyball, or simply comb the beach for free craft supplies.
Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas fired free barbecues under the trees and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9 hole golf courses in WA. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf.
Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River
Test your sand board skills at the sand hills.
Enjoy majestic sunsets over the Indian ocean.
Hang out the rods for some serious beach or reef fishing or catch some Bream in the River.

Great family getaway in Guilderton

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was very well equipped, especially the kitchen and the games cupboard. Communication was easy and the place was easy to find. We will be staying here again!!

What a view!

This place was stunning. The views were amazing. The house itself was larger in person that what I expected from the photos. Beds were very comfy. Really couldn't fault the place. We will definitely be back.

LOCATION of my dreams...

The view of the ocean was amazing, and you could hear the waves crashing all day and night. My family and I were very impressed with the house, which contained EVERYTHING you needed, especially in the kitchen. You really don't need to take anything other than clothes and food. We can't wait to stay again and would buy it in a flash if we could. Thank you šŸ„°šŸ¤©

This place is even better in real life. We were amazed at how lovely it was. So clean and homely, and very comfortable. There was everything we needed and more for our little family. We will come back every year as the kids get older and make sweet memories together in this beautiful location

Return to Paradise for our 2nd Guilderton Stay

Just perfect for comfort, ocean views, all ages. This property is such a gem! The view is breathtaking, great amount of space inside and outside. Itā€™s the perfect house for people with kids. Heaps of little personalised touches which didnā€™t go unnoticed. Even has great wifi! I couldnā€™t recommend this place enough!

Ideal location near the dog beach

Just 5 minutes walk to the dog beach which was great for our puppy. The outdoors were well enclosed to keep my puppy safe. Only reason for the 3 stars for cleanliness was finding pet hair on the sheets which had to be vacuumed before we used the sheets.

Ocean View Retreat

A fabulous house with magnificent views of the ocean. Wonderful yard for our little dog and easy access to the beach. The pool table was a hit with the whole family. Highly recommend.

Spacious 3 bedroom home , although if you had 10 people staying there , the one bathroom/ toilet wouldnā€™t suffice . Very clean , tidy and good facilities. Super comfy Beds .
