"We had a great stay at this home. We stayed in winter, so the views of the mountains from the back deck were beautiful. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the grill area. The house felt quite spacious and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The host was responsive to any questions we had. "My huaband and I had a fabulous 20th anniversary getaway! If you think the views in the pictures are nice, you should see it in person! Definitely a piece of Heaven on top of a mountain. "Our family of four (children 6 & 8) loved the tee pee and the property. The unit was clean and well appointed for cooking simple meals. The pool was so much fun for the kids and we loved the hot tub for relaxing. The farm animals on property and basketball court were a fun plus. Location was great- about 30 mins both to downtown Chattanooga and Rock City. We will definitely be back and check out other rentals in the development. This would be perfect to bring a group and everyone rent their own...

Our first impression wasn’t great- the host didn’t respond to any communication until check in time, though communication was excellent during the stay. When we arrived, it was after dark. "The house itself is great- very clean,etc. My only gripe is that the fenced in back yard has no door into it. You have to go out the side door then open a gate to get into the backyard- this makes letting your dog out into the backyard very cumbersome as you have to leash them, then open a gate- and if you wanted to leave them out there a few minutes, you have no way of seeing them unless you just stand in the backyard- so annoying, and made the whole thing a bit useless IMO as far as dogs go....
