The Space:
Discover the enchanting charm of Highland Manor, a Tudor-style retreat nestled among towering redwoods and lush gardens. The main house welcomes you with a cozy living room featuring a river rock fireplace, leather sofas, and a large flat-screen Smart TV with over 120 cable channels, including HBO. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas stove, reverse-osmosis water filtration, and an adjacent dining area with seating for over 10 guests. French doors from the kitchen and dining room open onto a sunlit pool deck.
The ground floor offers a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, and an additional half bath. A large bunk room with four twin beds, a futon, and a 46-inch flat-screen TV creates a perfect space for kids and groups.
Upstairs, indulge in the luxury of three elegantly furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite features a queen bed, a crib, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king-sized four-poster bed, while the third bedroom has a queen bed with a balcony overlooking the pool deck. Each room is framed with beautiful views of the surrounding gardens or forest.
Step outside to the private backyard where a large heated swimming pool (available May through October) awaits, complete with a certified safety cover and surrounded by ample chairs and loungers. Other Things to Note:
We are delighted to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please note that no other animals are allowed without specific host approval. Dogs should not be left alone at any time unless they are crate trained and can remain inside the crate without causing noise disturbances. We do charge a small pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs. In the event of any damage, a separate charge will be applied to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected items.
