Plus, the location is ideal, being close to downtown Guerneville, the Pacific coastline, and Russian River wineries. Whether you're exploring the quaint shops, art galleries and restaurants, taking a stroll along the coast, or indulging in wine tasting adventures, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

- Kitchen - Petite well-appointed w/ everything you need for create great meals! There is a super cute Breakfast Bar/Work space area
- Living Room - Cozy & perfect space to catch up on your day's adventures w/ a Cozy Wood burning stove, Smart TV w/ Xfinity Cable Service & Streaming capabilities and comfortable furnishings.
- Dining area- Nice sized table Great for meals and Game Nights! It opens to spacious backyard and huge deck spaces.

UPPER LEVEL:
(Split-Level): 2 bedrooms, 1 bath
- Bedroom 1 - Cozy w/a Very Comfy Queen Bed
- Bedroom 2 - Halfway up the stairs - Is very spacious bedroom w/ TV/ Xfinity Cable service and a Full bath, beautifully remodeled, with shower (no tub)
- Loft Reading Lounge now with twin bed! (formally futon as pictured)

*** 2 Small-Medium Sized Car Maximum in off-street parking area at the base
of the home
*** No driveway parking - driveway is steep and not practical
-Dog Friendly! 2 Dog Maximum - $90 Dog Fee per Pup - Yard is not enclosed
-Dogs must be leashed when outdoors
-Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless QUIETLY crated.
-Windy narrow roads to access the home
-Clothes washer & dryer in basement
-Please plan to use your personal accounts for streaming services
-Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am - Strictly enforced County ordinance
-No Smoking of anything in the house
