"My experience was very good. The hotel is charming, clean, and well organized. The staff are polite and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a very good bed. It was the perfect choice right after my hike to Acatenango Volcano. That said, I would like to share a small observation regarding guest experience. I arrived at the hotel on the same day I descended from the volcano and I looked a bit rough after the hike. I wasn' treated poorly, but I did notice a few judging looks from some staff members. I couldn’t help but notice the difference, especially since the interaction felt more relaxed once I had cleaned up and looked more “put together”. It’s just something to keep in mind: many guests arrive after outdoor activities or long travel days, and their appearance at that moment may not reflect who they are or the type of experience they're seeking at the hotel. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. My massage at the spa with Olga was incredible, and the spa staff was attentive and caring. The service at the restaurant was also wonderful; Mariana and Samuel deserve special recognition for their kindness and professionalism. The staff who assisted with luggage were very helpful and polite as well. The laundry service was excellent. Breakfas was good, with both local options and more standard Western-style hotel choices. Overall, it is an excellent hotel with service to match. I highly recommend it."

"O lugar é belíssimo e vale super a pena pela vista. O único porém é que acabamos ficando refém do restaurante do hotel que por sua vez fecha cedo. Tirando isso, tudo ótimo e voltaria mais vezes com certeza, vale cada centavo. O local também conta com várias escadas, então a acessibilidade é um pouco difícil. "

"Hotel com boa localização, porém está bem precário, ainda que, durante a noite, nesse período, a temperatura seja por volta dos 20° o ar condicionado faz muita falta no quarto, durante o dia é inviável ficar no quarto sem ar condicionado e para piorar não tem frigobar no quarto! O café da manhã é razoável, porém cobram separado pelo café expresso, o que considero desnecessário no local pelo valor da diária. Amenidades como sabonete, no banheiro, são de péssima qualidade, difícil de usar."

"Quarto enorme com vista para a cidade. Na cobertura, tem uma pequena piscina com vista para o aeroporto. É bem bacana. Café da manhã bem servido. Localização excelente, no melhor bairro da Cidade da Guatemala, perto de vários restaurantes. A única reclamação é que na hora de fazer o check in, havia apenas um recepcionista e a fila estava grande. Depois de uns 15 minutos é que chegou o segundo recepcionista."
