"Thomas is an amazing host, as from the get go he was very responsive & helpful with any queries. The Chalet Barbara is a truly magical place and the family history attached to it makes is even more special! The hike up there is a bit of a challenge with luggage if you are on foot, as we had to climb during very heavy rain - but the views certainly makes it all worth it. Stay here if you get the chance - you are sure to love it! :) "

"Tivemos um pequeno problema no check in pois nos colocaram em um quarto que haveria a necessidade de troca durante o periodo da estadia sem oferecer uma opção de contorno o que nos deixou bem insatisfeitos. Porem, a situação foi muito bem resolvida no dia seguinte pelo gerente José o que fica os nossos parabens pelos seus serviços de excelencia, assim como os funcionários Alice e Axel.
