Welcome to Marina Beach Cabin, a beautifully renovated vacation rental located right across the street from Pine Mountain Lakes popular Marina Beach. Just 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park via the Highway 120 corridor, this home offers the perfect balance of lakefront fun and Yosemite adventure.
Home Features
This two-level, 1,465-square-foot cabin includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps up to nine guests. The dining area seats six, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, tea kettle, and blender. A washer and dryer are also provided, along with a hair dryer for guest use.
For comfort, the home has wall-mounted heat and a wood-burning stove. A wall-mounted A/C unit is available (not central A/C but still effective).
The upper level features a ping pong table, providing additional entertainment. Outside, guests can enjoy a gas BBQ for cooking. Propane is not provided but can be preordered prior to arrival or purchased locally.

Pine Mountain Lake Amenities
Guests enjoy access to Pine Mountain Lake, a gated resort community with 24-hour security. The community features an airport, an 18-hole championship golf course, a country club with indoor and outdoor dining, tennis courts, a community pool, horseshoe pits, and an equestrian center.
Pine Mountain Lake has three sandy beaches, with Marina Beach being the largest and most popular. It offers a swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, a snack shack, and rental options for sailboats, kayaks, paddleboards, and paddle boats.
Outdoor & Fire Policies
* Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
* Firewood is not provided but can be easily purchased locally.
Parking & Driveway
* Parking for up to three vehicles.
* No garage available for guest use.
* Driveway is up-sloping.
Gated Community Access & Fees
Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a gated community access permit for all vehicles. The fee is $50 per vehicle (one-time, non-refundable). Stays of eight or more nights require additional fees per HOA regulations.
Whats Provided & What to Bring
* Linens, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
* Coffee, spices, cooking oils, and food are not provided.
Please note the following house rules for your stay:
1. The maximum occupancy is firm and must include all occupants of any age including
infants. In addition no large gatherings are permitted. The maximum occupancy
number includes children & infants.
2. The age restriction is firm - if you have booked this property and are under the age of 25
please cancel immediately. A copy of your driver's license may be required to confirm
occupant age.
3. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS ARE REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA currently charges $46 per vehicle (one time
fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML
HOA. Please note this price is subject to change without notice. Access permits are
non-refundable. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.
Yosemite Region Resorts has no control over this fee and is not affiliated with Pine
Mountain Lake or any local venues. All information is subject to change at any time.

4. Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats or watercrafts of any kind on
Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules. However, Lake Don
Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys! And remember,
you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina
Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.
5. In addition to the marina offerings Pine Mountain Lake offers an Airport, 18-hole
championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts,
community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on the
lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an expansive
sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack
shack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open
during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.
6. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate special
moments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the
departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean
any celebration debris.
7. Propane for any gas BBQ is not provided. You may either order this on the Temporary
Resident Registration form for an additional fee or provide your own propane. You can
purchase propane tanks at the local market or hardware store. Firewood is also not
provided. The current rate for a propane tank is $65 (subject to change without notice).
8. All outdoor fires (not contained in approved fire pits), candles, smoking, firearms and
fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.
9. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY: Pet must be declared & registered with Yosemite
Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and
non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must be
crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pet.
Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all
times within the gated resort community, per Tuolumne County leash law. Pets do incur
an additional fee of $35 per night per pet.
