Gnome and Creek Condo - Two Master Suites for a Perfect Couples Yosemite Getaway by Yosemite Region Resorts

"Gnome & Creek Condo is the perfect house for a couples getaway!  With 2 queen master suites you never have to worry about a shared space, especially after a long day of hiking in nearby Yosemite National Park.  But Yosemite isn't the only way to spend a great day here.  The property is only 0.6 miles to Pine Mountain Lake Country Club, community pool, golf, pro-shop, tennis courts and less than 1.5 miles to both Dunn Court Beach and Marina Beach.


And should you choose to spend the whole day at the property you are sure to love the 3 flatscreen tv's with Netflix and an XBox 360 (bring your own games) - plus wifi for streaming.  The property also offers a full kitchen and great deck space.  


No matter where the day takes you Gnome & Creek Condo is a great choice for your next vacation.  



Please note the following house rules for your stay:


1. The maximum occupancy is firm and must include all occupants of any age including

infants. In addition no large gatherings are permitted. The maximum occupancy

number includes children & infants.


2. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS ARE REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:   

A copy of your drivers license will be required within 24 hours of booking.  

Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML HOA.  

Price subject to change without notice.  Access permits are non-refundable.  

A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.   


3. Yosemite Region Resorts is not affiliated with Pine Mountain Lake or any local venues. All information subject to change at anytime. Information is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. All images are copyrighted and are the sole property of Yosemite Region Resorts, all rights reserved.   


4. Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats or watercrafts of any kind on

Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules. However, Lake Don

Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys! And remember,

you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina

Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.


5. In addition to the marina offerings Pine Mountain Lake offers an Airport, 18-hole

championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts,

community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on the

lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an expansive

sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack

shack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open

during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.


6. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate special

moments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the

departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean

any celebration debris.


7. Propane for any gas BBQ is not provided. You may either order this on the Temporary

Resident Registration form for an additional fee or provide your own propane. You can

purchase propane tanks at the local market or hardware store. Firewood is also not

provided. The current rate for a propane tank is $65 (subject to change without notice).


8. All outdoor fires (not contained in approved fire pits), candles, smoking, firearms and

fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.


9. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY: Pet must be declared & registered with Yosemite

Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and

non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must be

crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pet.

Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all

times within the gated resort community, per Tuolumne County leash law. Pets do incur

an additional fee of $35 per night per pet.

Cozy & Comfy, Great place to stay!
We loved the condo! It was clean, cozy and comfy. Plenty of room for the family. Plenty of bath towels and dishes were available that all we needed to do was drive to the local grocery store 5 min away and have enough food for our stay. We booked this location to visit Yosemite for a couple of days and it's only a 30 min drive to the Yosemite gate entrance. There's also Pine Lake which we spent an afternoon hanging out, swimming and so on. We're glad we chose this condo and we also liked the quiet time after 10pm, so it was easy to wind down after a long day of activities, we even had our own TV (streaming sites) we could watch for the 3 of us. We'd definitely book it again!

It was ok
Our stay was ok. It's was last minute reservation because original reservation got canceled due to fire risk. Pros: nice modern condo design and up to date appliences. clean inside , cozy bedding in bedrooms Cons: overpriced for the value, not exactly as pictured or described. Patio had debris/ dirt/ bird droppings . Be aware of additional parking fee$40 to enter the gated community. Condo has musty "old house" smell and outside air in the evenings smelled like sewage. They describe it as a resort but it looks like a subdivision with pool and lake beach far enough that you need to drive 5 to 10 minutes. It would be nice to have more then 1 bath towel per person and enough trash bags for the whole stay .
