"Property was very nice and felt like an apartment. The kitchen was stocked with (limited) essentials. Parking was easy once you understood what was needed. Communication with the host company was difficult. During the stay, the shower only got luke-warm and the bed was rather low and uncomfortable. Aside from that we liked the property."

"We were only there for one night for a concert so we were only at the space to sleep but the location was great, the space was very clean and the communication with the host was great! The only downside is the parking is extremely tight and we didn’t even have a large SUV, but we figured that out too and still had a great stay!"

"Rented this property since it was pretty close to the arena and it was fantastic...close to good food, just outside the city and near the campus. Safe area with the option of back alley parking or front street which was always available.the host answered questions quickly and was helpful with area recommendations.....overall great time and great house"

"Charles was very responsive. The houses were spacious. Kids loved the hot tubs. There was plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of 14. Housekeeping was lacking as the top floor in One of the houses. The floor was covered in dog hair. One of the children was highly allergic to dog hair and woke up with swollen eyes. In that particular side the towels smelled like vomit. We did take care of that immediately since there is a washer and dryer on site. Our wish list, The bedrooms and bathrooms...

"My boyfriend and I brought our dog with us to stay here. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and decorated for the holidays. There are a lot of signs in the neighborhood asking for me to curb my dog (which I can do). Not used to so many signs asking for the dogs not to relieve themselves, use the yard. Would stay here again"

"My husband and myself wanted a convenient place near Polaris and IKEA for a one-night trip to the Columbus area. Addison and Teresa’s rental seemed to fit the bill, but we found out it was more than a great location, it was a relaxing, charming get away for us. Our favorite location was the reclining sofa chairs in front of a cozy fireplace. We’ve stayed in many VRBO and Air B&B rentals and were impressed by all the extras in their intimate space. We would certainly recommend it to couples...
