Pack your bags for a wonderful and sunny holiday in our 40m2 apartment! We hope you enjoy the historic city of Grimaud, right across from the better known Saint-Tropez, as it is the ideal place for your next Mediterranean excursion. Walk through the beautiful streets of this medieval city and admire the beautifully coloured facades and Roman tiles. Treat yourself to some of the amazing local cuisine and be sure to taste the fresh fish. Spend your days soaking up the sun on some of the most gorgeous beaches on the Côte d'Azur, or cool off inside the grand Chateau Grimaud. This apartment is perfectly located near the water and gives you easy access to all the hot spots in town! Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 4 guests, but can sleep up to 6!

Our apartment has 1 BEDROOM with 2 Single Beds. There is also a SLEEPING AREA with 1 Bunk Bed. You'll find a Sofa Bed for 2 in the living area to accommodate additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linens for free.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM with a shower and a separate WC. We provide you with a hairdryer and towels! Keep your clothes clean with our on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.

After swimming, return to our comfortable LIVING SPACE. Curl up and enjoy your favourite shows on our satellite TV. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a toaster. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Les Perles de Saint-Tropez where our apartment is conveniently located. These include bike rental, access to 2 tennis courts (available for an additional charge), discount vouchers for Soleil de Saint-Tropez restaurant, and the shared unheated outdoor pool. The guest services team is available 24 hours a day to ensure a stress-free stay. If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE private parking on-site!

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €10/night. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units before departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided upon request for an additional fee.

If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite restaurant is La Table de Didier, only a 5 minute walk away! Pick up your groceries at Supermarché Proxi Super, a 4-minute walk. Check out Amorino if you need to cool down with a tasty ice cream cone by the water, 3 minutes away by car.
