"Superb accomodation, very clean and well organised, the location was perfect, near to Harrogate, Skipton, Ripon and also not far away from York. It was very quiet and the total opposite of the city life we both endure. Highly recommend the accomodation, it had everything you need, a bedroom for 2 people, lovely bathroom, living/dining room and kitchen, the views were stunning too. "This cosey cottage had everything we needed. The dog loved his walks and having his bed by the log burner. The children loved everything about Grassington, the shops, cafes, walks and a lovely meal at The Devonshire. Perfectly proportioned for a family of four with a dog, the cottage was a great base for us to explore from. . "

"The cottage was ideal for our stay in Yorkshire. Great location ... nice and quiet in a pretty village with a lovely nature reserve and decent pub. Easy reach of the Dales, Ripon, York, Harrogate and Fountains Abbey. Easy check in with private parking. The windfall apples were a bonus! Warm and comfy, decent WiFi and TV that worked. We had a small problem with the toilet but Emma got it repaired swiftly and without a fuss. Would definitely stay again. "

"We chose this property because it's location allowed easy reach of York, Harrogate and sightseeing opportunities towards the North Yorks Moors. Lovely house in a quiet village. Generous rooms, great facilities. We were late in the season so didn't get a chance to use the outdoors areas but would be great in the summer. No issues, but where we had questions/requests the host responded almost immediately and came round if necessary. Highly recommended"

"Not quite as it looked in the advert . The outside table and chairs give the impression you can sit out in a courtyard ..it's actually the drive up to the other property's . The next property was occupied by seven lads on a stag weekend who all came in there cars , therefore nowhere to park for our two cars .the weekend was also marred by the taxi turning up at the lads accommodation with a young lady in what can only be described as as nurses outfit and heels ... "We had a lovely, if not too short stay in the very comfortable and well equipped large beautiful studio apartment in stunning grounds with fantastic views, along with secure on site parking and only a 15 minute walk into Addingham where we found a good choice of amenities and enjoyed some good food in The Fleece and The Swan Host Barbara was extremely welcoming, and informative, and the welcome pack of the basic essentials went down a treat. "The Reservoir View properties are all luxurious, beautifully styled and very comfortable, with all essential items provided. The Welcome Box contained lots of treats. A fabulous place for a short break. Communication with Sally, the owner, was excellent. The view over the reservoir is lovely and the walk into Pateley Bridge is great (though walking shoes are needed as it can get muddy)."

"We stayed here because we were going to an event at the convention centre. It was perfect. Parking was really easy and convenient under the hotel and there is a discounted parking rate for guests. Staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Our only issue was that the shower I. Our room didn't work properly, it was cold no Matt what we did.It was sorted swiftly though. Would definitely stay here again"
