"Exceptionally CLEAN, NO BUGS! It was just like being at home, but better. Plenty of room, a well maintained property and it brought a smile to my face until I departed. A beautiful view and outdoor space including wood for your bonfire! Best of all was the fishing!! You can walk out the door and you're just steps away from throwing your pole in and catching one! The dock is huge and very well lighted; and the night fishing was killer!! Everything, you need is right here.... in Paradise...

"Very unique experience!!! The goats were adorable and the cottage was very clean. Property was just as described. Host Melissa was very easy to contact and very helpful and friendly. I would stay again when in the area. "

"Cute little cottage! Enjoyed our stay!"

"Went on a little weekend trip to visit my sister and found this place online. Loved that I was able to bring my dog and he had a big yard to roam around! We had a great time and loved the place. We made s’mores by the fire pit and spent a night in the hot tub. Overall the stay was perfect for us."

"This is our second trip to this property. We have family in the area and this allowed us to catchup and reminisce. Grandkids got to play with cousins, swam , kayaked and their most favorite past time- fishing. Updated cooktop, clean and freh. We will be back"

"Great stay, Melissa helped with everything that we needed and was there for any questions and made the check in process very simple and straightforward while explaining the layout of the farm. Overall great experience very friendly animals all incredibly cute! "

"We loved our stay. No time to fish but thoroughly enjoyed the captivating view of the lake through the 3 sliding glass doors out to the deck. We met in Donalsonville to take in a football game in Tallahassee. Avoided the crowds & high prices of staying close in. The home was perfectly stocked with everything we needed, ie Hilton could not have done it better. We will plan a fishing guide with a pontoon boat when we can come back for a longer stay. Thanks for your hospitality!"

"Large home, easily accommodates large families. Be aware, you're actually getting two homes with this listing... separate bedrooms, living space, and kitchen. This was perfect for us, each having their own privacy. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home and enjoy the beautiful view!"

"Needed to get away for a relaxing weekend and go fishing. That's exactly what we did! No problems during our stay and we used a local fishing guide too. Had a very good time!"

"The house was really nice and cozy. The door was a bit of a pain but nothing to make me take away any stars. The neighborhood is so quiet and I loved sitting at the picnic table listening to the boats. We couldn't figure out how to get the satellite TV to work but that is alright we enioyed having family time. Will stay again."

" The property is as advertised and pictures true to reality. From the first interactuon with the host, he was very thorough in his communications. The property itself is "work in progress" but was perfect for two humans and dogs to have our own space and common areas. The back yard was lush with vegetation, but the dogs found their way the large space. "We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. A cold front came through and the weather was perfect for hanging out in the deck. The house was spotless. The pantry was stocked with things you’ll need to cook and store. (Not ever had that before anywhere). The owners answered so many of my questions and were totally available. They even left a large snack basket and a docile note for the group. Would recommend 100%. "

The back deck over looks the lake and boy was it a beautiful sight! "My partner and I just wanted a quiet weekend away where we could just enjoy some relaxing and fishing, I have stayed at about five plus rentals a year and this by far was the cleanest and well thought out stay of any. We had such a wonderful time caught some fish watched the birds and wildlife."

Insatisfatório, horrível, um pesadelo

"Nunca tinha visto um lugar tão horrível como esse, não dá para classificar como hotel. Lençol rasgado, sujo, tv quebrada , não tinha toalha de banho e nem produtos de higiene, só ficamos porque já era 23:40h nesse momento pensamos não conseguir outro hotel, estávamos cansados esse hotel era só de passagem, nosso destino era New Orleans. Obs tinha colchões jogados fora do quarto na chuva. Foi uma diária cara, me hospedei pela metade do preço em hotéis de rede. Foi um pesadelo, forramos a cama e travesseiro com toalhas que compramos, só assim tivemos coragem para deitar. "
