"This is our second time staying, the host always have all that we need to feel at home and enjoy our stay. The location is great as we can just load up the wagon and walk to the beach for a few hours. They have outdoor shower to clean off from the beach and spray your beach toys/ chairs down. Well supplied kitchen, plenty of beds for everyone and the screened in porch made it nice to still enjoy being outside even in the rainy mornings. "

"This property had everything our family needed. The onsite pool was an added bonus. The beds were fine, but the pull out sofa bed was very worn. Luckily little kids were sleeping on it, not adults! The linens were very stiff from a laundry service but clean. If you have a large group, saying, I would recommend bringing additional bath towels. Overall, our experience was good and we would definitely say here again!"

"Property has lots of games to entertain even the young at heart of all ages. Don't buy beach boards as there is a wide assortment to use at this property. Beach access via vehicle is 2 minutes away approximately 1 1/2 blocks away but would take 10 minutes calmly walking to the beach. Whataburger is 5 minutes driving distance. "We all had a wonderful time. We brought the boat and my teenage grandsons enjoyed fishing and tubing. The smaller ones enjoyed the pool. We were amazed at how there was always hot water for showers. The large living areas was so nice! We had no issues and the property manager was still considerate and checked on us. Excellent place!"
