Greenwood lake vacation
Overall nice place. The beds are not queen size they are all full beds. Great place for fishing in the evenings a lot of fish caught around 7 to 10 pm. Pool was great. Everyone had a great time. Had some maintenance issues the staff was great in addressing and fixing them.

The house was just ok…..the front is not welcoming or attractive at all. The house and property need some attention…..lots of disrepair. Not having a living area on the first floor was uncomfortable. The pool was great as was the backyard. View of the lake and sunset very nice.

What we were looking for!
This is managed by a company, however you are provided with owner contacts. The owners are extremely responsive to questions/concerns. We did bring some concerns to the attention of property management company regarding our stay (minor). Bathroom on main pictures have not been updated and was recently remodeled and the space is tight between the sink and toilet. Original layout would have been much more accommodating than the reno! This house provided what we were looking for: bedrooms/bathrooms, pool onsite, private dock, close to boat ramp, close to on water restaurants and next to gas station. Very good location. Quiet area. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Retreat
The check in was very easy. This was a wonderful house for all ages and the extra is the pool. They supplied pool towels as well as linings and bath towels. The upstairs was awesome with three large bedrooms and a den area for everyone to watch TV. The only draw back was the lower area did not have very much room to sit and watch TV and relax. The air hockey game was nice, but that room should be turned in large den area to relax. Everything else was wonderful and the rental manager was excellent. She came and fix whatever problems we had. It was a wonderful experience.

Fun and Relaxing
We had a great time at this home. My children enjoyed the crystal clear pool. They did play on their paddle board and boats in the lake some. My son enjoyed fishing. The house was wonderful, definitely could use some cosmetic updates but that comes with any rental property. The host was very nice we left some clothes in the dryer and she offered to ship them back to us. We haven’t seen them yet but maybe she just got busy and will remember soon. Great stay.

The best of both! Pool and Lake
Great weekend as a last hoorah before sending our kids off to college. The location is perfect with a walk to Harris Landing and gas station and easy access to fill up our jet ski and boat. The home offered everything we needed and we had a great time! The pool was wonderful and having a covered dock area on a hot summer day with a full-size fridge was a bonus! Great fun was had by all!

Great weekend lake getaway
This is a great place to rent for a great price. The pool is worth the rental alone, but it is a larger house and does have its own private dock with a public boat ramp 1-2 minutes away. With a little love and thought of how to maximize the wonderful space available, this home really could be a diamond in the rough!
