Cozy tiny cabin with sunrise view! Short drive to beaches and turf.

Tucked away from the busy roads, our tiny house is cozy, clean, and overlooks a beautiful farm seen from the outdoor patio (with a gorgeous sunrise view, to boot). The closest beach is 20 minutes away, Milford turf 20 minutes, best coffee shop ever 5 minutes; with great restaurants and other beaches nearby.

Hidden Gem!
Our family stayed here for a few nights in August and absolutely loved it! It’s tiny, cute, and surrounded by beautiful views and nature. The host was very kind and considerate. If we ever end up in this area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this cabin!

Quiet, peaceful getaway
This cozy cottage is a little bit off the beaten track in a farming area but it’s pretty close to grocery stores, gas stations, produce stands as well as near some cute little towns. Also not a long drive to the beaches but away from the beach traffic. The cell service isn’t great inside the house but the Wi-Fi works fine and if you go outside, the cell service is better. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. If it matters to you, there is only a microwave, a hot plate plus a convection/toaster oven which I didn’t use—no stove/oven. There’s also a washing machine. The split mini air conditioner plus a ceiling fan kept the place comfortable in the high heat and humidity although the A/C did make a little bit of a clicking noise, but it wasn’t too obnoxious. There was also a nice tower fan to use in the bedroom. There’s a nice outdoor sitting area with a fire ring and picnic table, but unfortunately was too hot while I was there to sit outside much but it was nice to sit outside in the morning with my coffee to look at the sunrise (and the cows next door!). If you want to be away from the beaches, but still within decent driving distance of them, this is a nice quiet place to stay. If I was in the area again, I would consider staying again.

Our Stay
After many weekends in hotels this summer for baseball tournaments, our stay here was perfect!! The proximity to Georgetown was an easy drive. The space was more than enough for the four of us. The home was clean, well decorated and supplied everything necessary for a nice stay. Meg communicates well as a host. Check in was very easy. We loved sitting by the fire at night and watching the cows being fed in the morning. We highly recommend a stay here!!

Exactly as advertised
This little quaint abode was everything we expected. Its out of the way, but close enough to towns as to not feel too isolated. Communication with the owner was very good and she answered all of our questions and concerns quickly and effectively. If we ever make it back to Delaware, this will be our first check to see if its available. Highly recommend.

A nice place in the woods
Very clean and comfortable cabin, the outside is very nice, lights and a fire ring, the inside is great too. The host was great and very nice! Would recommend staying there anytime. My nicest stay in Maryland.

More than expected
We really enjoyed our weekend at the cabin. You can tell this place is loved. Everything we needed and so much more; games, candles, throw blankets, comfy bed and beyond clean!! We met the owners and they were so nice. Will definitely be back and would recommend for any couple looking to get away.

What a Gem!
We stayed here for 3 days over Labor Day Weekend and what a gem this place is! Property is so clean and is exactly as described! We loved waking up in the morning and sitting outside with the views of the beautiful farmland and cows! Was so relaxing and quiet! There is a firepit also for evening. The host responds quickly to any questions and makes sure all is good.

Adorable Stay
We stayed at this beautiful cabin for a tournament at Sports on the Beach. It’s close enough to anything you want. Also, away from any traffic for you to enjoy the sounds of nature. Host is caring and always available. We are hoping to visit again in the fall.

So much better than a hotel!
My daughter was playing in a lacrosse tournament at the DE sports complex and by the time we went to book lodging, all of the hotels were full for the nights we needed. I happened to stumble across this little gem and we are so glad we did! The cabin was beautifully decorated and has wonderful natural light, unlike the caves we usually stay in on these trips. It was so amazing to have a full fridge and freezer and although there isn’t a full kitchen, the kitchenette was perfect with a large sink and very useful toaster oven/air fryer. The beds were very comfortable and my husband and I both slept better than we usually do on these trips! The great sleep had us missing those sunrises but I loved being able to have my coffee outside while watching the cows graze every morning. The owner, Meg, was so accommodating- always asking if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Hidden Gem
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Loved waking up every morning to see the cows in the pasture and watch the sunrise. It was extremely clean and relaxing. The location is very close to the Turf fields, perfect to come back in between a long break to cool off and relax. The owner was very accommodating and wanted to make sure we had everything we need, she was very responsive to any and all questions. I would definitely stay here again.
